About Event

Avenir is the inter college tech-cum-management fest of Netaji Subhash Engineering College, organized annually by Phoenix, the official tech club of NSEC. Avenir 2017, scheduled to be held on 13th, 14th and 15th of April, is the twelve annual tech fest of Netaji Subhash Engineering College, successfully scaling new heights every year with a participation of at least 4000 students covering all the events since the last three years. With the addition of more number of events this year, Avenir is ready to attain a different level of exuberance.
The events which have always remained the center of attraction in the previous years’ Avenir are Robotics, Gaming, Treasure Hunt, Photography competitions, Encoding and Android App Development. Avenir focusses mostly on events based on engineering subjects like computer science, electronics, mechanical, civil and electrical. Along with that Avenir promotes events based on basic sciences, management and art and fun events. With the events running parallel, Avenir also includes workshops and science exhibitions. What spices it up even more is that there are prizes worth 2.5 lacs and more to be won.
